Genshin Impact’s Yelan excels in a sub-DPS role, equipped with the Aqua Simulacra bow and a set of Emblem of Severed Fate artifacts – though she can also be a main DPS as well.

How do I use Yelan?
Yelan is best used for her hydro application, as her play style is similar to Xingqiu, but a little better as she is a five-star unit. If you use these two together, then you’ve got the strongest hydro duo in the game.
Hit Yelan’s elemental skill, and hold it as you run past enemies, marking them with hydro. This then explodes, but keeps the wet status on any targets, meaning you can pop off plenty of reactions with other characters.
