Sucrose’s best weapon is Sacrificial Fragments as it boosts her elemental mastery, which is by far her most important stat. Her best artifact set is Viridescent Venerer, much like a lot of anemo characters. You should focus on elemental mastery on all pieces.
When constructing the best build for Sucrose, it is crucial to prioritize elemental mastery, energy recharge, and other supportive stats. Doing this will maximize her effectiveness in battles and enhance her ability to create elemental reactions.

How to Use Sucrose
Sucrose’s utility comes from her elemental skill and elemental burst abilities. They are powerful elemental reaction drivers and are great for crowd control in large groups of enemies. You’re not really going to get much use out of her normal attack, except for maybe collecting dandelion seeds in the wild.
She does rely on her first and fourth constellations to really reach maximum potential, and her burst cost is pretty high. But, as a budget Kazuha or Venti, she gets the job done. Plus, she’s very cute!
Best Weapons for Sucrose
If you’re lucky enough to pull it on the weapon banner, A Thousand Floating Dreams is a fantastic weapon for boosted elemental mastery and reaction synergy.
However, we recommend Sacrificial Fragments for an on-field reaction driver Sucrose, as it provides almost as much elemental mastery as A Thousand Floating Dreams, plus another skill charge, lowering her energy recharge requirements in the process.
