What’s the best Honkai Star Rail Seele build?
Honkai Star Rail’s Seele is a five-star DPS that uses the quantum element, and follows the path of the Hunt.

Seele is a high-impact, burst-based DPS, that deals heaps of damage to a single target over a short period of time. Her kit focuses on crit, speed, and plenty of attack, so she can do as much damage as possible each turn. As such, we recommend building Seele with attack, speed, crit rate, crit damage, and quantum damage, and using her as a main damage dealer. Pairing her up with a supporting character – especially Honkai Star Rail’s Bronya – to add to her own self-buffs can also help her shine even more.
How do I use Seele?
Seele is the DPS in her teams, and you want to use her with as many buffs, boosts, and extra turns as you can to get some extra damage out of her. Letting her loose on opponents with her skill and ultimate can really deal some damage.
While Seele is a single-target DPS, she can do a lot of damage in one turn. If you defeat an enemy, her passive skill gives her an extra move and a buff. Her damage increases by 44% for the next turn, meaning she can potentially take out two enemies each turn.
What are the best light cones for Seele?
In the Night is a five-star light cone tailored towards Seele’s kit, increasing her crit rate and boosting her basic attack damage and ultimate crit damage depending on her speed. With the speed buff, she gains from her skill, this light cone can offer a substantial boost in stats that make it very worthwhile.
However, we all know that getting a light cone alongside a five-star character can be expensive, so it isn’t for everyone. There are some other really good options for Seele including Cruising in the Stellar Sea, available in Herta’s shop, and Sleep Like the Dead, available on all banners or in the Starlight Exchange. Just make sure you go for one that aligns with the Hunt path.
If you use the River Flows in Spring light cone, we recommend taking a shielder or taunt party member with Seele so that she doesn’t get hit, and keeps the buff.
