This fiery fox works best when he has a high effect hit rate stat, as it boosts his talent – Hearth kindle – along with the efficiency of his Ashen Roast stacks. He also needs some attack, so that his attacks can hit nicely.
His best light cone is Those Many Springs, and the best relic set for Jiaoqiu is the Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters – especially paired with a set of Pan-Cosmic Commercial Enterprise planar ornaments. He fits in very well in both debuff-focused and damage over time teams, or mono-fire if that’s what you’re into.

What are the best light cones for Jiaoqiu?
A light cone that boosts effect hit rate is key for Jiaoqiu. His signature light cone, Those Many Springs, is his best in slot as it fits his kit perfectly. There are some other great four-star options, especially Eyes of the Prey, that can work very well for him too.
Those Many Springs | Increases Jiaoqiu’s effect hit rate by 50%. After he uses a basic attack, skill, or ultimate to attack an enemy, there is a 60% base chance to inflict Unarmored. When in the Unarmored state, enemy targets take increased damage for two turns.
