Zenless Zone Zero’s Rina, also known by her full name Alexandrina Sebastine, is a strong electric unit and a member of Victoria Housekeeping Co. She has a very unique design and move set, so let’s take a look at her skills, best W-Engines, drive discs, and more.
While you’re here, be sure to check out the current Zenless Zone Zero banner to see who’s available, and grab any Zenless Zone Zero codes for some free master tapes. We also have a Zenless Zone Zero tier list to help you pick which characters to build.
Here’s everything in our ZZZ Rina build guide:
What’s the best Rina build?
Rina is a very interesting S-rank character who dishes out electric and strike damage with a support specialty. Instead of walking, she floats around the field and has two bangboos she uses to attack targets. Her attacks also have a very wide reach, so you can generally keep her out of danger and escape sticky situations quickly, all while still dishing out heaps of damage.
Rank | S |
Attribute | Electric |
Specialty | Support |
Attack type | Strike |
Best W-engine | Weeping Cradle |
Best drive discs | 4pc Swing Jazz and 2pc Freedom Blues |
Main stats | Disc 4: Crit rate/damage Disc 5: Electric damage Disc 6: Attack |
Sub-stats | Crit rate > crit damage > pen ratio > attack |
We recommend her signature W-Engine, the Weeping Cradle, to complement her kit. She works best with a four-piece set of Thunder Metal drive discs and a two-piece set of Woodpecker Electro, with crit, attack, and electric damage bonus stats.

Due to her additional ability, Rina does well on a squad with at least one other electric character and/or one other member of Victoria Housekeeping. She can fill a DPS or sub-DPS role, so her team comps look to be quite flexible, though keep in mind that electric users like Zenless Zone Zero’s Anton or Zenless Zone Zero’s Anby will get the benefits.
What are Rina’s best W-engines?
ZZZ Rina, as an S-rank character, has her own signature W-Engine – the Weeping Cradle. This is her best-in-slot weapon and fits perfectly with her kit. In terms of alternatives – as we all know what it’s like trying to get five-star weapons, Kaboom the Cannon can provide a team-wide buff, which is always very helpful.
Weeping Cradle | Stat: Penetration ratio Skill: Increases Rina’s off-field energy regeneration. Her attacks enhance the squad’s damage against a struck target for three seconds. During this time, this effect increases every 0.5 seconds. Repeated triggers refresh the duration, and passive effects of the same name do not stack | Standard banner |
Kaboom the Cannon | Stat: Energy regeneration Skill: Increases all squad members’ attack for eight seconds when any squad member attacks and hits an enemy, stacking up to four times. The duration of each stack calculates separately and every unit provides one stack | All banners |
Unfettered Game Ball | Stat: Energy regeneration Skill: Whenever Rina’s attack triggers an attribute counter, all squad member’s crit rate against struck enemies increases by 12% for 12 seconds | New Eridu City Fund |
Slice of Time | Stat: Penetration ratio Skill: Any squad member’s dodge counter, EX special attack, assist, or chain attack gains at least 20 more decibels, and more energy, for Rina. This can trigger once every 12 seconds | All banners |
What are Rina’s best drive discs?
The best drive discs you can equip ZZZ Rina with is a four-piece set of Swing Jazz or Freedom Blues to increase her energy regeneration or anomaly proficiency, whichever you prefer. Pairing that with a two-piece set of Thunder Metal will increase her electric damage, too.
Now, finding good drive discs may be tricky given the RNG of sub-stats, so you can opt for a mix of all three sets to get three two-piece set bonuses.
